Pure bliss! What a treat for all of your senses! It’s our 3rd time and we’ll be back. The serenity is so welcome after a cold winter at home! From the sunrise yoga at the beach to hanging by the pool reading next to your loved one more could a girl want!

I can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with such incredible service, the staff were so so friendly. I felt like home and didn’t want to leave. Every little detail was thought about with serving complimentary sorbet at 3pm everyday and canaps as 5pm, along with wine tasting. The food was incredible, I could have stayed there for a week without leaving just to be able to try their whole menu. Couldn’t recommend The Reef House enough!

We hoped to leave Reef House feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed. Reef House delivered on all 3 and then some. What a truly amazing experience. Their aim is to embrace you and nurture and that is exactly what happened. Wonderful staff, great dining, comfortable accommodation with luxurious inclusions and carefully curated package inclusions. The addition of Sabine and her sleep therapy sessions is truly inspired. The international staff also added to the experience. So enjoyed engaging with many nationalities and hearing their stories. Would highly recommend Reef House and have every intention of returning.

Wonderful experience! The Reef House is definitely the place to stay if you want a luxurious and relaxing break from the stress of modern life. This is a late review (July 2024). It's been 2 months since our tropical get-away and we are both still feeling the rejuvenating effects from our 6-night stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs (as are all Reef House guests!) and made to feel at home. The entire team are a fabulous group of people that clearly enjoy being there and they all provide exceptional service. We particularly appreciated the friendliness and sharing a laugh with them. Being a child-free environment meant we could truly relax in a way that's often not possible at other accommodation providers. It made the world of difference to us for this trip! Our room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing out on our balcony overlooking the pool area, with the trees providing privacy. Bliss! I read one review that complained about the extra pillows. If it is likely to annoy you that you have to remove several decorative pillows every night before hopping into bed, simply ask housekeeping to remove them during your stay. They truly won't mind. The signature inclusions are amazing, and they provide interesting and fun additional things to do, without needing to leave the House. I highly recommend them. You can do as many as you want, just remember to book in. There are DVDs, books and games to borrow from the Brigadier's Lounge so if the Weather Gods aren't smiling The Reef House has got you covered. The location is perfect too. We were able to wander around exploring Palm Cove and go for beach walks. Pushbikes are available as well if you want to explore a bit further. The restaurant is brilliant! We found the portions to be generous, the menu provided a good variety of dishes to choose from, the food was delicious and the chef's occasional little complimentary surprises were very special. We became acquainted with the staff during our stay and looked forward to their smiling faces greeting us for our meals. Yes, there were repairs being done to The Reef House while we were there but the team did their best to reduce the impact on the guests. To be able to continue to provide such a fabulous place to stay, obviously repairs and maintenance need to be done from time to time. It is unreasonable to expect that the entire facility be closed while that occurs. If you can be understanding of that and enjoy the wonderful service and all the inclusions, you'll find yourself appreciating your surroundings even if there are works being carried out. Yes, the lift was slow, but why are you in such a rush anyway? You're supposed to be on holiday, right? You can always use the stairs! We did. You still get to and from your room. Plus, it's not like you have to struggle with luggage! The team do that for you. So what are you waiting for? Book yourself a wonderful experience in a beautiful tropical paradise! You'll be really glad you did!

What’s not to love? I will begin with the incredible staff. So professional and warm, nothing is too much trouble. The beds, the pillows, our gorgeous room by the pool, afternoon ice creams, Punch and canapés in the afternoon, bike access, both pools are beautiful. Reef House offer complimentary courses, I did both the journaling and the sleep talks. Both fabulous. Restaurant is beautiful, the staff are across everything.
