Stayed in a 2 double bed room (room could probably do with an update, but was fine for us). Ate at the hotel for both nights, food was good. Kids loved the pool/beach area. A real win for this hotel that’s for sure. Will stay there again just for that.

Overall - generally quite good. Staff we interacted with were always pleasant. Buffet food was what you expect - good choice and plentiful. Grounds appeared well kept. The 1 thing that concerned us was that on night 1, having just arrived and going nowhere near the pool, the beds (we had 2 rooms) had sand in them. Leaving us to think that either the beds wasn't changed between guests or housekeeping put it there (which I doubt). Suggestions for the future - sand from the pool tends to get everywhere so maybe have signage near pool gates encouraging guests to wipe sand of their feet (or have foot baths near each gate) and provide each room with a broom and dustpan so any sand that does make its way to the rooms can be wiped away.

We stayed with my daughter and two grandchildren. It was enjoyable on many levels. The breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool and surrounds was child friendly and adult friendly, being able to have a drink while they were swimming. Staff overall were friendly and helpful.

Food was really terrible. We were served expired smelly chicken. The rest of meals were unstable. Service wasn't great especially at pool bar. It was empty yet I had to stand there for 20 minutes until I get attention from the bar man. Girls weren't too bad but guys were not great at serving.
