We are staying at this hotel for 6 days, and today is our 3rd day. The room and the view are good, and the staff is quite friendly. However, the room is very dusty. There is dust floating in the air, and the desk, sofa, and everything else is covered in dust. This made it difficult for us to sleep as we had blocked noses and were coughing the entire night.

Great hotel very nice staff are excellent perfect for when cruise ships are in just next door love this place coming back next year.Close to station and taxis outside . You can wlk or go by tram its not far to city.Beautiful views and at the station you can book canel boat rides very good as well a good price.

Номер junior suit хорош. Но каждый «чих» платно, в том числе доставка столовых приборов из ресторана; executive lounge бестолковый: из закусок только поклон и арахис, напитки с 16.00 до 18.00; шумно.

To start the staff are not friendly, as if checking in was a bother to her The room was fine the view was pretty great from our room so that was a plus After exploring a later afternoon in Amsterdam we stopped at the hotel bar for a drink, the 2 male bartenders are very good at ignoring patrons! They would just not look up and walk into the back room Really terrible customer service We decided to give it another try the following night and had a much better experience the bartender was professional and friendly ( hope he gets to move up) On our last night we were back to not so great service not to mention the mouse running around! We did alert the staff about the mouse and the flies 😵 They just told us they knew about these issues Wouldn’t recommend this hotel Many places were much friendlier (and without rodents and bugs)

Mövenpick Hi I booked a room at this hotel in August last year for the night 6 June 2024, to stay prior to a river cruise. My wife and I turned up at the hotel around 4:30pm on 6 June after travelling by train from London. To our surprise we were advised our room wasn’t ready but would be in around 40 minutes. So they offered us a drink at the bar. We then returned to reception just before 6:00pm and we were told they needed another 5 minutes. We told staff that we needed to leave straight away as we had a booking at Ann Frank house. So we left and went to our booking then had dinner and walked back to hotel around 10:00pm. To our dismay, reception advised us that they didn’t have a room for us, even though I had booked it 10 months prior and had received emails confirming my booking on a number of occasions. We were furious we had been told twice on that day that our room was being cleaned, which obviously was a complete lie. They eventually told us that we would be moved to another hotel. By this time we were absolutely exhausted as it was nearly midnight by the time we got to the room at the other hotel.
