Hotel is close to transport and has been recently renovated. it has a pool and the food options are great. The hotel breakfast is of a high standard. The rooms are well set out with wide corridors leading to the rooms. The executive lounge has a variety of food and enough seating.

first time staying at the Swissotel, was a great room and location and the level 8 Foyer was surprisingly Grand for a level 8 foyer! lol quick walk to Pitt st mall and QVB, so very well positioned and value for money was hard to beat! the Room was spacious and clean and the family enjoyed it.

Excellent location, home away from home

Staff were welcoming, obliging and friendly. The housekeeper who did our room from the Mon-Fri was excellent, the best we have had from all our stays at the Swiss. She didn’t miss replacing anything that was used! Exec breakfast was a better option than downstairs with the busy school holiday guests, but some exec guests did take advantage with their ‘children’ eating thru the canapés for dinner. Overall thanks to Janil, Nira, Sieena, Naomi and Kiani. It was lively to have a hello from other staff who we have got to know during our many frequent stays there.

Great Sydney CBD location

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. View of the city was nice, but couldn't really use the balcony due to the noise from the surrounding rooftop aircon's. The location is great and close to many restaurants/bars, shopping, entertainment and public transport options. Archers happy hour was a great way to start the evening.

Overall excellent stay. 2nd time staying. Great location and receptionist is friendly and overall service is good. Only fault was the chromecast working on and off making it very frustrating. We had technician attending but was unable to asssit. Please fix it.
