The room was very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping was really good. One of the housekeepers, Terence, was extremely nice and polite and really helpful as well. He helped tidy up the room, quick and quite well. Would definitely recommend.

Our sojourn at Sofitel City Centre Singapore was the epitome of sheer delight. Every staff member we encountered exuded an air of politeness, professionalism, and attentiveness - enveloping us in a cocoon of warm hospitality. The services we experienced, from check-in till check-out, from the reception, in-room services, Club Millesime and Racines, were nothing short of impeccable and faultless. The suite decor was a paragon of thoughtful and tasteful design, enhancing the overall luxurious ambiance. The furnishings and fittings in the room were pristine, and every corner was spotlessly clean, reflecting the highest standards of maintenance and care. We had one of our best night's rest during our stay. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and there was pin-drop silence. We also had incredible views from our room. The gastronomic offerings at breakfast were of the highest caliber, with an extensive array of choices that transformed every morning into a culinary delight. A particular highlight was the exemplary manager, Mr. Ismail. His attentiveness, hospitality, and warmth were unparalleled. His welcoming demeanor and consummate professionalism made us feel esteemed and truly valued as guests. Mr. Ismail's unwavering dedication to excellence and guest satisfaction exemplifies the quintessence of hospitality. Our stay was an immensely enjoyable and memorable experience. The service team at the hotel was outstanding and I would like to particularly commend Juliette for her exceptional service. She was super friendly and had a very positive attitude. Juliette went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and me, remembering the details of our conversations and even giving us a small gift to congratulate my partner on starting their new job. Her attentiveness truly made our stay special. Overall, the hotel was wonderful with great amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped for a staycation, the pool offered a fantastic view, and the access to Virgin Active was amazing. I was so impressed by the hotel and its service that I have chosen to celebrate my 2nd year anniversary at your hotel as well! Thank you for providing such a memorable experience.
