Great hotel close to the airport. Friendly, efficient staff, the food in the restaurant was brilliant. The service provided in the restaurant by Layla was great. Beautiful food, Arancini followed by steak, panko crumbed pork cutlet followed by Crème Brûlée and Banoffee Pie. Excellent hotel experience!

The Executive Suite was perfect for our family of 4 and had enough space and comfort to relax with 2 small kids, and make things easy. TJ at reception was extremely helpful over the phone and in person, in finding us the best option for our short-notice booking, and took the time to put together the best package for our specific needs, including early check in and late check out options to match our airport transfers. Ellie was also great in facilitating a smooth evening checkout and taxi transfer to the Airport. With two exhausted children, it was an absolute relief to have had such a comfortable and stress-free experience, and exactly what we needed. 100% would stay here again.

Suzie and breakfast team were getting smashed with people and were super calm and efficient under pressure. Great service from a great hotel. We have had far worse service from prestige hotels in prestige locations. This venue punches above its weight…. Well done to the management team. Calm under pressure that’s what you want in a service industry.

Amazing apartments! Friendly staff and easy check-in after hours! Rooms are spacious, super clean & well equipped with everything I would need. I got a free room upgrade and check out was a breeze. Definitely coming back! By far my favourite accomodation in Brisbane.

This was a very good hotel for our overnight stop before catching an international flight. A very short drive or ride to the airport. The room was excellent and spotless. The bar/restaurant was perfect and the staff could not do enough to help us with dinner, especially with me being limited with food.
