Room was good size and very clean. However, couldn’t have the window open because of the 24 hour noise directly outside, even on a high floor. Staff were very professional and friendly and didn’t look as though anything was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety. Excellent location with three main train stations within short walking distance.

This is really a mixed review... The room had a very weird layout, hard to explain, small room, a self than ran from one side of the room to the other. The room showed a seating area, but there really was not a seating area. Bed was good Mattress was very good. I would give the room itself a "C" Location was excellent Restaurant was excellent Breakfast Buffet was one of the best I have seen.

Merhaba, C-in' den C-out' a kadar hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadığımız bu konaklamamız için sizlere teşekkür ederiz. Adını şu an hatırlayamadığım İtalyan resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendinin sıcak karşılaması bizlere çok iyi geldi. Bu oteli tercih etmemizdeki en önemli kriter konumuydu. Seyahetimizin 2.kısmında gittiğimiz Edinburgh' a ulaşımda tren kullandık. Otel hem metroya hemde tren istasyonuna yüryerek 5dak. mesafede. Otelin genel değerlendirmesini kısaca yapmak gerekirsede fiyat / performans gayet dengeli. Odalar temiz, genel yaşam alanları bakımlı, personel güler yüzlü ve servis kalitesi yeterli seviyede... Herşey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Just a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. 3 stays over the last year and, hopefully more to come. Sandra, and her team, are outstanding and a credit to the hospitality industry. We just love this hotel, its location, and it is next to St.Pancras Station!

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, convenient location near train station, wonderful staff that gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Lobby area is very inviting and has great decor with many selfie opportunities. Breakfast was varied and delicious. No complaints!
