Say bonjour and smile Multi lingual reception Use the g7 app or flag down official taxis as they can use the bus lanes. Eiffel tower amazing daytime too The tower lights up at night and sparkles on the hour Apartments are lovely Book a view, So worth it. Breakfast varied and fun

Great location, though tired looking hotel. Only 1/3 lifts were working for the entire week, meaning long waits getting to and from reception. Really nice breakfast spread and friendly staff. Gym was tiny, and not all machines in working order. Possibly not worth the price tag.

We stayed here for 4 nights and I must say, it is one of the best choice of hotel we did during our Europe trip. The location is just few walks from the Eiffel Tower and restaurants. The place is cozy and the breakfast was nice. Professional staffs and feels safe at the hotel. The parking of taxi is as well just right outside of this hotel which is very convenient. Fantastic location with on site parking and fully accessible

We picked this hotel for our four night stay in Paris as it was one of the few hotels in central Paris offering a fully accessible bedroom and onsite parking. It was a good choice. Five minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and hop on hop off bus stop. Taxis outside the hotel. The accessible room was good for my husband who is an amputee and uses a small mobility scooter. It would have been good to have had an additional handrail near the shower in the wet room. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

The only thing nice about the hotel is the location… and that’s why probably there is no focus on customer service and satisfaction .. the reception staff mostly behaves as if they r doing us a favour. I booked a cake for my daughters bday and paid for it in the morning.. only to come back to find that the evening staff is clueless about it and conveniently says there is nothing they can do to help.. the morning staff comes back and says they had the wrong number even though card was charged on the right room.. and completely unapologetic about all of it …shameful behaviour in the hospitality space… never coming back ever ..
