    Green Energy is a new form of technology harvesting that is basically the use of the earth’s natural and renewable resources to gain power and energy from. Countries rich in renewable resources or countries that have access to these renewable are a prime location to harvest and harness these resources and process them into a clean and emission free form of energy that has minimal consequences as opposed to the current use of fossil fuels.

    Countries such as UAE and Malaysia present the qualities regarding renewable resources that make them an excellent ground to be utilizing the benefits of green energy. However, because green energy is clean and efficient, it has its challenges and issues and just like any new form of technology it has its flaws and shortcomings but in time they are expected to be ironed out with newer developments and innovations.

    The general public and citizens of both Malaysia and the UAE have their own opinions on green energy and its how they perceive it to begin with is what makes it such an important topic. In this project I will however discuss in addition to the benefits and challenges of green energy the perceptions towards green energy within Malaysia and the UAE. Alongside the perceptions I will briefly discuss and analyze the purpose of green energy within a household and in my summary the reasonings and matters as to why green energy is of such an importance within these countries on a political, fiscal, and environmental level.

    Maliyya is a P2P fully Shariah-compliant financing and investment marketplace. Maliyya connects people who have savings with people who need financing using only Shariah compliant financing instruments.

    Our marketplace allows qualified borrowers to obtain unsecured financing at profit rates that they find attractive. Our marketplace also provides investors with the opportunity to invest in financing requests of borrowers with risk characteristics, profit rates and other terms the investors find attractive. As a part of operating our financial marketplace, we verify the identity of borrower applicants, obtain borrower applicants’ credit profiles from consumer reporting agencies, such as Al Ethihad, conduct data analytics on borrower applicant’s spending patterns and financial situation, and screen borrower applicants for eligibility to participate in the platform.

  • Amlak Workforce Utilization Study

    Amlak requires conducting an internal resource productivity and utilization analysis in comparison to the UAE Islamic Financial Industry it currently operates in. The bench-marking exercise shall cover Amlak’s all departments and the results shall be compared with the Industry. It is envisaged that the department results and metrics will become an internal yardstick for future years to determine the performance of departments and key designations.

  • Direct Debit Authorization Conversion Project

    Amlak in line with the regulatory requirements of Central Bank has appointed Data Direct as its external vendor and ZEMYD Consulants to manage the conversion of customer payment methods to Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) mode.

    During the course of this project, Data Direct in partnership with ZEMYD as the consulting firm, shall undertake complete process management for DDA conversion and also provide collection services for False Delinquent accounts arising due to Platinum Lifestyle…
