Impact on Work: Symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and mood changes can affect energy levels and overall work performance. 5-Menopause and Perimenopause: Description: The transition to menopause, marked by symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. Impact on Work: Sleep disturbances and hot flashes can cause fatigue and reduce concentration, leading to decreased productivity. 6-Osteoporosis: Description: A condition where bones become weak and brittle.
