KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An early morning house fire has destroyed a home Tuesday.

Metro 911 dispatchers say the call came in just before 3:30 a.m. for a structure fire along the 1800 block of Avesta Drive.

That’s in the Jefferson area of Kanawha County.

Our crew at the scene says everyone was able to get out safely.

Firefighters at the scene say there were no injuries, but the home is a total loss.

Several fire departments responded to the scene.
