Summer vacations are well underway. Many people have been training towards their fitness goals for over six months since New Year’s Day, but is it necessary to try to keep your workout routine while on vacation?

Coach Chris joined Taylor on Studio 3 to remind viewers that your bodies deserve a break too, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your fitness achievements to enjoy your vacation guilt free! Just remember to get in your steps!
