Summer is in full swing, and that means barbecues, beach days and family vacations. It also can mean bug bites, sunburns and battles to stay hydrated as temperatures rise. The key to staying well this summer is to remember the risks that come with outdoor fun and having a plan to prevent or treat common seasonal ailments.
