HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Our Hometown Heroes can range from ages 8 to 80.
This week, it goes to someone who just became eligible to vote.
Carter Thompson lives and breathes his civic duty every day as a volunteer firefighter and lifesaver.
