CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - It was one of the tightest and most thrilling championship Saturdays in West Virginia boys high school basketball history. Each title game was decided by 3 points, two of them went to overtime and all were won by #2 seeds over the #1 seed. The 2024 state champions are Tug Valley, Charleston Catholic, Shady Spring and Morgantown.
