Herd falls to Dukes

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Three point shooting was a glaring difference in the Wednesday night Sun Belt men’s basketball game between Marshall and James Madison. The Herd connected on just four of 30 three point attempts while the Dukes made 13 in the 84-58 win at the Henderson Center. Four JMU players scored in double figures and were led by Noah Freidel who had 19.

Marshall’s Nate Martin had another double double in the loss with 12 points and 16 rebounds as the Herd falls to 7-8 in Sun Belt play.
