LEXINGTON, Ky. (WSAZ) - A win slipped out of the Kentucky Wildcats grasp Wednesday night at Rupp Arena against the Florida Gators. A missed Rob Dillingham free throw would’ve given the Cats a four point lead with :13 to go and Florida got the rebound then hit a three pointer that sent the game to overtime.
The Gators outscored UK in the extra five minutes to get the win 94-91 as Kentucky falls to 15-5 overall and 5-3 in the SEC.
Kentucky hosts Tennessee Saturday night.
