Commenting Guidelines

We value articulate remarks that are relevant to the article. Your advice, criticism, and insights are welcome.  However, commercial promotion, impersonations, incoherence and personal attacks will be removed. *

Rule #1 — No aliases. Commenters must use their real names. Comments made with an alias will be removed.

Rule #2 — Keep it clean. Obscene, vulgar, lewd, racist or sexually oriented language will not be tolerated.

Rule #3 — Don’t threaten or abuse. Threats of harm against another person and/or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

Rule #4 — Be proactive. Use the “Report” link on each comment to inform us of abusive posts.
