These information sessions and job fairs provide you with insights about some of the most interesting positions we offer. This page is updated regularly, so please check back often. Contact Representatives 

We are hosting an in-person recruitment event for Contact Representative positions in Cheektowaga (Buffalo), NY. Prior to this event, you will be asked to register and apply to an exclusive announcement. At the event, you will be pre-qualified and receive expedited consideration. Revenue Agent - Midwest locations

We are hosting a virtual hiring event for our Revenue Agent positions in 19 different locations in the Midwest. We are fast tracking our hiring process. During this virtual event, we will provide the requirements to qualify for these positions and how to write an effective resume. All attendees will be given an exclusive (nonpublic) announcement link to apply. Once qualified, you'll be invited to schedule a virtual interview. Criminal Investigation - Various Positions

The Criminal Investigation Division (CI) will be hosting a virtual information session to discuss several of their positions: Special Agent (Entry Level and Mid-Career Level), Investigative Analysts(IA) and Supervisory IA, IT Specialists:Systems Administration and Policy & Planning positions.
