Shipping policy

Shipping in Canada: We ship orders across Canada via Canada Post. Orders ship from Toronto within 2 - 5  days from when the order was placed. Delivery time will range from 2 – 5 days depending on your region.

International: At this point we are not shipping internationally from our website. If you require international assistance please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you.

Special Cases: Occasionally an order may take longer to fulfill due to the specialty nature of some of our products, such as the Flower Essences which are imported items.

We promise to contact you if there will be any significant delay. At that point, you can choose to wait the extra time (up to 3 weeks), or we can refund the cost of the unavailable items back to you right away.  If you are concerned about availability, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

Customer Support: We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, and to work with you to find appropriate solutions if any changes need to be made based on product availability.

We are always happy to help advise you, to provide you with the support you need for optimal benefit from our products.

Damaged Items: We do our best to ensure that our products are safely packed to prevent damage. However, it can happen that an order can arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us right away with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will either send you a replacement, or refund the cost of the item to you.

Please report any problems with your order to us within 2 days of receipt.
