Wife surprises husband with perky breakfast and leaves people in stitches

People have been left in stitches after a bloke shared a snap of his perky breakfast online.

The anonymous man took to Reddit to show off the brekkie his wife made for him. While many Brits like their eggs sunny side up, this foodie treat took many by surprise.

Alongside the snap, he wrote: "My wife surprised me with these for breakfast. I was very pleased....lol." When you look at the picture, you can clearly see the two eggs have joined together to make a breast-like shape.

It's so realistic and left a lot of people chuckling, especially as the yolks are so wobbly. He clearly had a spring in his step after he was presented the plate.

Naturally, many people were quick to comment and make jokes about the morning treat. The quips have kept on rolling in.

One wrote: "Slightly asymmetrical, just the way we like ‘em." Another added: "Nice set."

A third replied: "Still life in the old girls yet." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "This is so cute I'm gonna have to try this!"

Not everyone was quick to spot the resemblance though, as some decided to offer cooking tips instead. Even though the eggs depicted quite a humorous image, all some people could focus on was the amount of pepper on the eggs. A few were left gobsmacked by just how much the dish was seasoned.

One user chimed in with: "What seasoning did she use? I was going to say maybe a little too much black pepper but upon closer inspection, it looks fragrant."

Another added: "Would you like egg with that pepper?" Someone else wrote: "What on earth is all that seasoning? Tell your wife salt and pepper on eggs. Period. End of sentence."

A final person also added: "Ah yes, eggs with added metal flakes, just the way I like mine."
