About:

As a Global Communications intern, you will support our efforts primarily in the digital/social space. This may include collaborating with digital agencies to support asset development and trafficking; spearheading social media monitoring/listening across all social media platforms; brainstorming digital/social content ideas that can be implemented as part of our editorial calendars; and analyzing social media reports to provide recommendations that inform the larger strategy. As an intern, you may attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy for corporate campaigns. You may also help maintain the corporate website, including copy editing, organizing content, and fact checking, as well as compiling corporate and brand press clips for executive management review.

About:

The MBA Finance Summer Internship Program is for Finance MBA summer interns, (the summer between first year and second year MBA program) Our MBA summer interns will be assigned to one of the following business areas at The Estée Lauder Companies:

Human Resources (HR) internships promote continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize participants' learning and career growth. As an HR intern, you will be placed in one of 2 areas that make up the HR function at The Estée Lauder Companies:

As an R&D intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. You may also have ownership of high-priority projects instrumental to the R&D function and business, working in collaboration with multiple teams and functions within the organization. You will gain exposure to state-of-the-art research, equipment, and skills training.
