Individuals wishing to file a charge of discrimination are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment through the online Public Portal system. To schedule an appointment, use the online system at https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/portal/ or access the system via www.eeoc.gov. Appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday in slots starting at 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. We have a limited number of walk-in slots available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for individuals who arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon). Individuals with appointments are given priority, and we may not be able to interview people who do not have an appointment. Interviews conducted at our location will be done by video using EEOC office equipment. All other individuals who walk in will be asked to make an appointment. Everyone visiting our office must pass through building security and must show a valid government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license). Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to get through security. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a Walk-in, and we may not be able to see you that day. Our reception area is located on the 11th floor.
