The Missouri Department of Natural Resources provides loans and grants to a variety of entities. Our Energy Loan Program caters to public schools (K-12), public and private colleges and universities, local governments, public-owned airport facilities (municipal, county, regional and international), public water and wastewater treatment facilities and public and private not-for-profit hospitals to help reduce energy costs. Our Energize Missouri Agriculture Program caters to farm operators by providing cost-share grants for energy efficiency projects. Grant and loan financing may be used for various energy-saving investments, including projects such as upgrading insulation, irrigation systems, lighting systems, heating and cooling systems, windows and other items that affect your energy use. Additional energy financial assistance opportunities are also available.

If the applicant provides any “personal information” as defined in §105.1500, RSMo concerning an entity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the applicant understands and agrees that it is voluntarily choosing to seek funding and providing such information for that purpose. The state will treat such personal information in accord with §105.1500, RSMo.
