Program: Celebrating Aunty Dulcie Flower, and Ellen van Neerven's swim

Space to play or pause, M to mute, left and right arrows to seek, up and down arrows for volume.

The theme for NAIDOC Week this year is 'Keep the Fire Burning: Blak, Loud and Proud'.

It’s a reminder that advocacy, activism and community development take a lifetime of work.

Aunty Dulcie Flower is someone whose story encapsulates this idea, and has been named the winner of this year's National NAIDOC Lifetime Achievement Award.

In honour of the occasion, Aunty Dulcie reflects her career as a nurse, activist, and advocate.

Then, Ellen van Neerven discusses their newest writing venture: swim.

Plus for Word Up community broadcaster Henry Augustine shares some Nyul Nyul.
