Bad instructions for setting up JavaCC (in CVS of 3/10/02)

    Description

      The build.xml file says to "set the javacc.home property to the path where
      JavaCC.zip is located." In fact, you need to set it to the bin dir above the
      lib dir where JavaCC.zip is located.
