Notes

[edit]

I prefer the older design. It both looked better and matched the Wikipedia:Article series standard formatting. - SimonP 20:16, July 22, 2005 (UTC)

Restoration

[edit]

I see that the restoration has been spelt "Restauration". I've corrected this. AllanHainey 11:34, 14 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This is the French spelling, traditionally used in English as well to refer specifically to the Bourbon Restoration. --Himasaram 01:32, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I bet that the parts from "First Republic" to "Consulate" should be place in "Early Modern France", they happened in 18th century. 96.229.179.106 07:43, 1 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lead image

[edit]

Use a lead image that is neutral WP:NPOV and representative for the whole history of the country, not just symbols of state. A geographic historic map is the best solution. Gryffindor (talk) 02:17, 25 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
