Spanish and Portuguese dependencies

[edit]

Unfortunately, what the map says is that Azores and Madeira are, as the Canary Islands, Outermost regions, and not dependencies. --Ecemaml (talk) 21:17, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dutch territories

[edit]

Why are the French and Danish territories included, but the Dutch territories not? There's a slight difference with regards to the Dutch territories participating in a higher council and the others integrated being into the national parliaments, but I don't think this is reason for removal from this list, as it remains that the State of the Netherlands is an EU member, just with some of its countries excluded, much as Greenland and New Caledonia are.
