Not first Jewish Major champion

[edit]

There is an erroneous news report that Pressel is the first Jewish winner of a major golf tournament. This is false. Amy Alcott is Jewish and won the Kraft Nabisco Championship three times and five majors over the course of her career. Crunch 10:30, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! This is a note to let the editors of this article know that File:2009 LPGA Championship - Morgan Pressel-edit.jpg will be appearing as picture of the day on February 19, 2013. You can view and edit the POTD blurb at Template:POTD/2013-02-19. If this article needs any attention or maintenance, it would be preferable if that could be done before its appearance on the Main Page.
