Katie Maloney Reveals Exactly What Cosmetic Work She’s Had Done: "I Know It's Crazy"

The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared new details on her go-to cosmetic treatments — including what she has "never" done.

By Cynthia Robinson

Over the years, Katie Maloney has shared a few details about cosmetic procedures and skincare routines, including a "low maintenance" summer beauty hack in 2023, and a stop at Heather Gay's cosmetic medical practice, Beauty Lab + Laser in 2021 to pucker her pout

More recently, the Vanderpump Rules cast member revealed more information about her beauty routines, appearing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast on July 2 to dish the details.

When the podcast host, Amanda Hirsch, commented on how "good" Katie's skin looked at the start of the podcast episode, Katie admitted her skin was "really having a moment right now."

"It is looking good," Katie continued. "I went back for Botox, I hadn't had Botox in a bit."

Katie further explained that while she got about "three units" of Botox around her forehead area, she still wanted to keep it "very minimal."

"I still want to have movement in my eyes and be able to smile," the sandwich shop co-owner stated. "I want to still age and look good as I age, but slow it down just a little bit."

Additionally, after Hirsch complimented Katie on her "dark heavy brows," she asked about the Utah native's eyebrow secrets.

"I've always had dark heavy brows. I got them microbladed four or five years ago and haven't got a touch-up since," Katie revealed. "I know — it's crazy."

She also noted that when she underwent the procedure, the esthetician just filled in a few parts that were "patchy" and where there "wasn't as much symmetry."

In addition to Botox and some eyebrow work, Katie shared she's gotten lip filler here and there. "I haven't done it in maybe a year and a half," she shared. "It's not something I keep up with. It hurts."

After she and Hirsch discussed a new trend of people dissolving their lip filler, Katie explained her thought process behind taking on the procedure sparingly. "There's nowhere for you to go but more," she opined. "I never got filler in my cheeks or anywhere else."

Moreover, Katie noted that part of her reasoning for getting the filler is that it helped with the side of her face that was affected after her near-death accident in 2009

"It helped plump it up and give it a little more volume and more lift," Katie revealed.

Katie also shared on the podcast what she does for skincare in addition to her cosmetic procedures.

"I dusted off my red light therapy mask. You have to be consistent with them," Katie shared on the episode. "It will help with the lines, but you have to be consistent. The thing is you only need a couple minutes a day."

Her other skincare secret? Abiding by the "less is more" mentality.

"I really truly have always felt that when it comes to skincare, less is more," Katie shared. "At the end of the night, [I] do a double cleanse because I wear sunscreen, and that will really get into your pores. So it's keeping your face clean but not overcomplicating it with a bunch of stuff. I feel like once a week I might do a [...] several-step skincare, but other than that, I'll just wash my face and put moisturizer on it."
