Banff Housing Corporation homes are sold to those on the Registered Resale List. Points are awarded to potential buyers, and those with the most points are contacted first when a home has been put up for sale. A non-refundable administrative fee of $50 must be paid when submitting your application.
Please note that completed applications (page 5,6,7) must be returned to 547 Coyote Lane, Unit 2006, along with a non-refundable $50 application fee. Payments must be made by either cash or cheque. Applications are also available for pickup at Town Hall.
