What: The Town of Banff is extending the Legacy Trail with a Banff Avenue crossing and connection to the on-street bicycle network.
Why: Improve safe access for cyclists and pedestrians using the Legacy Trail. This work continues the $600,000 project, supported by the Trans Canada Trail, Town of Banff, Parks Canada, Town of Canmore, and the Province of Alberta.
