Begin in Athens, the capital of Greece and a showcase of ancient civilization. During private touring with your expert guide, visit the city’s top sights such as the breathtaking Acropolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of ancient ruins (including the Parthenon), and the wonderful Acropolis Museum. Also explore the Agora, local markets, and the charming, taverna-lined Plaka neighborhood.

Next, see the ruins of ancient Corinth, the gateway to the Peloponnesian Peninsula, or the ruins of Delphi, an ancient religious complex that the ancient Greeks believed to be the center of the world, en route to Patras, an ancient port city. During private touring, visit the second-century Roman Odeon, the archaeological museum, Patras Castle and other significant sites and ruins.

Next, enjoy a private excursion to Olympia, one of the most famous sites in Greece. One morning, visit a local olive farm in Kalamata en route to Monemvasia, a fairytale medieval town with an impressive seaside fortress and charming cobblestone backstreets. During private touring in the region, visit Mystras, one of the most important historical sites in the Peloponnese and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With an expert guide, explore the ruins of the Byzantine-era city, including convents and monasteries that are home to some of the finest Byzantine frescoes in the world.
