Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in a Senior Product Owner or similar role within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment, in the compliance or fintech sector.
• Strong, hands-on experience in software development and a robust understanding of current technological trends and tools.
• Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing successful software products, with a focus on creating customer-centric solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance, AML/CFT processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years' of experience as a Product Owner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Scrum or Agile experience.
