CELEBRATING SKAL INTERNATIONAL DAY   Skal International Cape Town celebrated Skal International Day in collaboration with Love our Trails and SANparks Cape Town. Love our Trails is an environmental organisation committed to protecting nature, with a goal of building a trail culture that encourages people to get out in nature. The organisation arranged a volunteer clean up of The Glen trail which has been compromised with destitute inhabitants, litter and crime, with the support of local crime prevention and SANparks the area was secured, and inhabitants relocated. The Love our Trail volunteers and Skal International Cape Town club came through and cleared waste and litter. CPUT students completing their final year of Tourism & Hospitality qualifications joined to volunteer their time to making a small difference to restoring the natural beauty in The Glen area.   A very special note of thanks to Beiersdorf– Nivea who gifted suncare products in appreciation to all the volunteers dedicating their time to such an amical cause.   Living up to values with time dedicated to our community, our natural environment and our future industry.   Thank you to the incredible individuals who made this day possible.   SKAL!
