Helen Wilson Recruitment is able to assist a select group of clients with all of their recruitment needs including executive search, contingency based recruitment and response handling. As we are an independent niche market agency we are able to recruit at all levels from CEO to PA and still provide the client with a unique and individual service. Requesting of statements for loading respective payments Checking that contract price and terms match invoices received or to be sent Loading payments on Payment Gateway with all needed documents Downloading or requesting silo movement from all Co-ops daily and sending to Agents and internal teams for allocation of contracts Capturing all received loads as allocated by Agents on the system Duties Follow up on active and pending queries. Follow up on outstanding invoices of open contracts. Ensure payments are made as per contract terms Avoiding interest charges due to late payments Checking open contracts on the system to ensure contracts are not executed without invoices Ensure credit notes are approved by management & correspondence is saved.
