What an incredible honor to have hosted the Acerinox CEO, Bernardo Velazquez, Chairman of the Board, Carlos Ortega Arias-Paz , Sustainability Committee Chairwoman Rosa Mª García Piñeiro and the Chief Sustainability Officer, Carlos Ruiz for a plant visit! We had fruitful discussions including how to incorporate sustainable practices into our business operations. As a symbol of our commitment to sustainability, we participated in the Columbus tree planting tradition, representing growth and prosperity for our plant. Planting trees not only helps the environment, but also aligns with our goal of integrating the sustainable development goals into our business model. We recently had the honor of hosting Ms. Rosa Mª García Piñeiro , the chairwoman of the Acerinox Sustainability Committee, at our plant. As a global leader in stainless steel, we were thrilled to showcase our commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility to such a distinguished guest. During her visit, we had the privilege of taking Ms. Piñeiro through our corporate garden, which plays an integral role in our food nutrition program. Our garden not only provides fresh and healthy produce for extended community, but also helps reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing food locally. It was a pleasure to share our sustainable practices with Ms. Piñeiro and discuss the importance of promoting a healthier and more environmentally-friendly workplace. We are beyond thrilled to share some images of our mural painting competition for the Safety Week Observation Event, it was a massive hit! The children's creativity and passion for safety shone through in every brush stroke. It was incredible to see the parents and kids getting involved and thinking about safety in a fun and artistic way. Bringing awareness to important issues in a way that's engaging and exciting for everyone involved and that is the big win. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success, from the volunteers who set up the event to the kids who poured their hearts into their artwork. I can't wait to see what next year
