The FSA Credential is awarded to candidates who have passed Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Level I and Level II exams. FSA Credential-holders are trailblazers who are setting the standard for professional expertise when it comes to identifying, managing, and analyzing material sustainability information. They can apply their expertise to investment analysis, corporate management, and/or consulting.

Earning Criteria

Candidates must pass a proctored, high-stakes, 2-hour exam after verifying their identity with the proctor.
Candidates complete the self-study FSA Level II Study Guide. Topics include: Considering Internal & External Company Context, Understanding Sustainability Issues, Normalizing & Comparing Sustainability Performance Data, Linking Metrics to Financial Impacts & Company Value
Candidates agree to abide by the conduct policies in the FSA Credential Candidate Handbook.
