    I don't recommend driving in NYC. Take the subway and walk the rest. Subway has apple pay and easy to navigate. I promise you that is the way to go. I was there last October.     Budget $300 if you want to have an enjoyable meal. But you can totally knock out a meal for less than $150.00 for two. Get two appetizer and share a steak.
