I recently hired a developer outside of Hawaii to rebuild our website in WordPress. After the site was built, I contacted and researched the various googled Hawaii webmasters for the purpose of finding a Hawaii webmaster to take over the management of the site. My business website was down for 3 days when I looked up a web designer. I looked up the best reviews web designer and found GARY. I text the number on yelp requesting help with my website. I text my domain name and the issue.
GARY text me back immediately and said that he can talk now. When I called Gary he was already on my website and had an idea what the issue was.
I immediately gave him my passwords and he worked on the issue immediately.
My issue was my hosting. Gary told me what to do on my end while he worked on the issues on his end.
The issue was resolved and my website was back to not only normal, but now at its fastest speed ever. It took a few hours. The price for the work and time that I need was $170 which is a lot less than I expected and less than what I would have lost in clients if I waited longer.

Webmaster Services of Hawaii was very responsive in answering all our questions prior even hiring them. We got a person on the phone each time (not a recording), if we happened to get a voicemail, we got a call back within the hour, and our email communications were promptly replied. The people behind the scenes are interested in us being a customer for the long haul and not just another account. This all came after multiple tries with other companies not able to perform what we asked for, prolonged delays, time zones & communication issues, frustration, and thousands of dollars later.

Granted, we didn't make the project any easier for Webmaster Services by changing the scope part way through and unknowingly messing things up along the way, but Webmaster Services was very accommodating, fair, and our communication was never an issue. In the end they performed to our expectations plus more.
