I honestly can't say enough good things about Vector and the hard working guys that helped with our recent move. This is actually the second time we've used Vector in a big move, the first about 4 years ago. They were amazing then and they were amazing again this time! Our move was very challenging because of the layout of the townhome, and we had several big pieces of furniture that needed disassembly and reassembly. There were other nice pieces of furniture that needed extra care when moving (like my 85 inch Sony Bravia TV!). They did an excellent job of professional packing, to ensure everything would be safe and there were no missing pieces throughout the process. Wow, did they deliver.

Also, they worked EXTREMELY hard throughout the day. The whole job took about 8 hours, it was hot, it was a lot of work, but they stayed totally diligent and committed. I felt so bad for them by the end of the day because they all looked absolutely exhausted (and so was I!).

I am sad I don't recall the names of the 3 gentlemen who helped us, but please see the service details and thank them all again for me. We will always use Vector moving and I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

Vector moving means businesses. Our movers Ruslan and Adam were professional, efficient and communicative.
They got everything up our stairwell with total care ! We even had a stop in between the move to pick up additional furniture and they really handled it with a plan of attack and made sure to check with us what was going and the best route to move the super heavy purple bed.
Plus , Rueben the customer service rep who helped me through the whole hiring part was so patient and thorough with all my overthinking and questions . Gave me a solid explanation on quote and even gave me info on my potential scenarios. Really why I hired them ! Rueben , if you're reading this - you kick major a** at your job!!!
Already recommended to friends moving next week and also went with hiring them . Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future if needed.

I decided to go with Vector moving for my local San Diego move after looking into several movers in the area. I liked that they offered packing crates and wardrobe boxes to move since I didn't want to spend any extra money on supplies, and I was pressed for time trying to pack after work the week prior.

The guys showed up right on time in a large professional truck. They were exceptionally kind, thoughtful of my space and things, and moved at a rapid pace.

The lowest possible quote they gave for a one bedroom move within 10 miles was a little over $300 special cash price. I had a feeling it might take longer than the three hours since there are stairs at both places, and it did end up taking five hours. They charged about $25 extra to take down my wall mounted TV and wrap it for me. The total ended up being a bit over $500. Worth it. I didn't carry anything. I'm sure it would have gone faster if I did, but I'm a small person and didn't feel like being sore for a week after the move.

I was so stressed about having to do this move quickly and by myself. These guys really helped make this move seamless and took so much stress off my plate. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and ease of service.

This is my 3rd time using Vector Moving and Storage and my experience this time was probably the best. This 3rd move was the biggest and most difficult because I have a vintage 1965 upright piano and I was moving into an apartment on the 2nd floor in which the movers, Yehor, Ruslan, and Adam, had to carefully haul my precious piano up the stairs. While I was anxious about my piano, the 3 guys took their time to carefully move it up each step and turn without damaging my piano.

My move was from San Diego to Los Angeles and our final bill amounted to roughly $1400 ($159/hr + $200 fuel + $159x2 RT) with no packing service. While in the agreement it states that they would assemble any furniture pieces, I had to remind them to do so because the Vector movers that did my 2nd move disassembled them. They did a great job unloading our boxes, furniture, and several small pieces into our new place and followed our instructions on where things needed to be placed. Yehor, Ruslan, and Adam were friendly, timely, super strong (thanks again for the piano help ), and we tipped them each $100 for their great service and hard work.

I will definitely use Vector again for my future moves! I'm definitely a loyal customer now that I know they can move my precious piano safely. Thanks Vector!

Their pricing was very reasonable and the people who came to do the move were honest and worked very hard. The apartment building we were in had a broken elevator and they were super careful taking furniture down winding stairs.

I got them for my moving and they did a fantastic job in a fast time. The two guys were very efficient and easy to work with. There was a lot of stuff in our apartment but they easily moved everything in the truck and quickly dropped it off. Everything was quite smooth.

My experience with Vector Company was somewhat frustrating. Initially, we were quoted at $139 per hour for 3 movers and asked for a $100 deposit to secure the reservation. We ended up paying $432 plus the $100 deposit for 3 and a half hours. The nearly $100 extra from the deposit was not deducted, and they claimed it was for packaging fees.

Furthermore, our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but they arrived at 09:20. While the movers themselves were friendly, the administrative and management team needs improvement.

Additionally, there was accidental damage to one of my walls, which I reported to the administrative department. They advised me to seek repairs through the maintenance department of my condominium, which takes time away from me having to handle this matter instead of them taking responsibility.

Everything went smoothly, the movers arrived on time, were extremely helpful, courteous, and careful. I will use them again when I move.
