Value Parking

I love the staff!! When I arrived back from my trip this morning and went to the desk to pay & get my car, the manager told me that it would take a few minutes because my battery was dead. He said I was one of two customers with a dead battery that morning. He hustled out with the jumper cables and delivered my car to me in less than 10 minutes! He didn't charge me for the service. I happily tipped him.

You might wait a few minutes longer for your pick up at the terminal than with Parking Spot or Victoria's. (I waited 15 minutes today.) I think it is worth it for the service you get. The van driver was friendly and efficient also. He moved so fast to get bags off the van, so he could get back to the terminal to pick up more customers.

These guys are the best. I was traveling with two kids. They handle all the bags. Super fast. Best price. Pick up just call they are there waiting again helping with all your bags. Your car is all ready to go and they load the bags for you again. I can't stress how awesome they are. You guys have a customer for life.

Always a great experience . Been using their service for over 20 years. They make life at the airport much easier.

I typically would use 'The Parking Spot' when flying out of EWR, but when I tried to reserve a space last week I was told they were booked. I read the reviews of other companies and decided on Value Parking. I'm very happy I did. From the moment I pulled into their lot, I felt I was being given the royal treatment. I got there at 5:00 AM and a young man named Anthony directed me to the office, telling me when I was done there, he would drive me to the airport. 10 minutes later I was dropped off in front of the terminal. The trip back was even better. Here's why:

It took 10 minutes for the plane to taxi to the gate. It took 10 minutes until I was off the plane. And it was 10 minutes from the time I called Value Parking to come me that I actually drove my just washed car off the lot. after I made the call to come get me, I considered ducking back into the terminal to grab a coffee and donut. I'm glad I didn't because the driver (another polite man), showed up in about 90 seconds.

After enduring a cross country, red-eye flight, all I wanted was to get me car quickly and drive home. That's exactly what happened. I'd still use The Parking Spot if I had to, but if I have a choice, I'll be using Value Parking out of Newark from now on.

The lot was easy to find with my gps, we were taken right to the airport by a shuttle and given an email link for when we returned. When we returned, we used the link and the shuttle came right away. We were very pleased with the experience- and the price!

Repeat customer. Easy reserve, easy car drop off and van delivery to Newark. Easy and quick van pick up from the airport. car waiting when we got back to Value Parking.

I had to change my pickup date for another few days due to an unexpected flight cancellation. I was so exhausted after trying to arrange rebooking, hotel and so on. It was already passing the scheduled pickup, but it was very easy like a breeze when I called. I was so relieved! They offer the best price in the area, I think. When I quoted at the other parking lots, the prices were insane. Shuttle was smooth and timely. You can find "how it works" in their website.

Value Parking was easy to find... safe and convenient... staff were friendly... the whole experience was positive from drop-off to pick-up at the airport... would definitely utilize them again!

Competitive prices, speedy drop-off, friendly staff... what more could you ask for in airport parking? Clearly the most important thing is that you're dropped off at your gate as quickly as possible. And we were. We got in on a Saturday afternoon and dropped off the car and was at our gate in less than 15 minutes total from start to finish (make a reservation to cut down on time).

Return back to the lot wasn't quite ideal, however. There were so many people and just one van. If not for a couple willing to ride sharing a seat, we would have been waiting at least another 20 minutes for the van to return. You know that feeling of just wanting to get home after a flight? So, yeah. I'd give them another chance, but the lack of multiple vans gives me some hesitation. Judging from these other reviews, seems like an isolated incident.

There is nothing bad to say about this place, pull up at the office, they load your luggage into their van, you sign in and they drive you direct to your terminal, then pick you up and have your vehicle waiting. The drivers are professional as is the manager.
They take away the stress of going to the airport.
Will use them every time from now on
