Yum! Delicious ice cream with unique flavors. It's located conveniently inside Time Out Market in Brooklyn. I love all the available seating and AC in the market - making it a nice area to hangout during this hot summer.

We visited Sugar Hill Creamery in Time Out Market in DUMBO after visiting the iconic bridge site. The ice cream is sooooo delicious and loaded with chunks of cake/cookies/fruits. There was ample seating available.

I loved the honey lavender flavor (swirls of sweet honey and floral notes) and blueberry cheesecake ice cream. Definitely check it out!

We didn't want to wait on the long lines at a couple of ice cream shops near the waterfront, so came here after finding it on Yelp, and I could not be happier! Sugar Hill Creamery has several locations in NYC - originating in Harlem per the name - and this one is inside the Time Out Market in DUMBO.

They offer seasonal flavors that are unique in flavor, artisanal in craftsmanship and ingredients, and the quality of the ice cream is top notch - creamy and buttery. I seek out distinctive and off-beat ice cream purveyors that have more unusual and interesting concoctions, and SHC has got it. Normally I'm not so into "standard" ice cream flavors but even their takes on the classics like vanilla are a cut above, using pure, natural, and specially sourced ingredients.

I mean, how can you resist names & flavors like Neneh Cherry (if you're an 80s fan!), Fly Girl (honey lavender), Pon de Replay (toasted coconut, tamarind, passion fruit), Chairperson of the Board (blueberry cheesecake), A$AP Rocky Road (milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut, marshmallow, Oreo cookies, graham crackers), All-Inclusive (vegan rice pudding, sweet plantains, mango gelée), Sweet Socialism (Madagascar dark chocolate sorbet), and I Live It How I Get It (cream cheese ice cream, brown butter cake, lemon curd Swiss meringue - my fave btw!!)?

Literally some of the best ice cream I've ever had!

First time trying this place while stopping by the time out market! Lots of interesting flavor options. I went with the peach cobbler which was delicious, not overly sweet, and a perfect summer flavor. Service was quick and the guy behind the counter helped me narrow my choices down. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

Amazing ice cream shop! We got their orange blossom with pitaschio flavor and honestly can't go wrong ! Such a wide variety of unique flavors!

Their split scoop actually came out to almost be like a double scoop.

Lots of unique flavors. We decided to get the vanilla one and the fly girl which was honey lavender. They were both really good and the fly girl has chunks of honey comb in it which added to the flavor and texture. You are only allowed two samples which is kinda sad since you wouldn't be able to determine the best flavor among the choices but, still really good. Even the cone was pretty good and the service was pretty nice too! This was also inside of the timeout market which offers a really nice vibe. Overall, a really good place to get icecream and I would definitely come back to try other flavors and possibly seasonal flavors.

Sugar Hill is located inside Time Out Market in Dumbo, which is ever-busy and a super cool food location. I happened to see a tiktok review of their hot chocolate and decided to give it a try myself.

For $8 the serving size was really small, but the homemade roasted marshmallow topping was to die for. The hot chocolate itself had a dark chocolate flavour, a little bitter but sweet and not too overwhelming. Pretty decent drink.

Looking forward to visiting in the future and trying out their ice cream!

The flavor I got was Honey Lavender on a sugar cone. I really enjoyed the scoop of ice cream. Their portion was generous. One of the best ice creams I've had in along time.

This ice cream was so creamy and sooooo tasty! I loved how perfectly sweet the flavors are. Hits the spot where you won't get tired of the flavor with every bite.

The blueberry cheesecake was definitely a favorite and the cheese flavor was the perfect amount of salty/sour and complements the fruit and vanilla flavor.

The service was also great and are willing to answer any questions! This is in the Timeout Market so seating is a little hard to find but it's just a cozy place to have ice cream.

I was in Brooklyn for work and stopped by Time Out market on recommendation from a friend! I wanted some dessert after my dinner so I decided to stop by Sugar Hill. The staff was super nice, letting me fry samples and telling me what was in each flavor. The flavors were so interesting and diverse, sourced from different parts of the world. I tried the Cage Touba, a spicy Senegalese coffee pepper brownie peanut brittle ice cream (they made sure to give me enough warning that it had some heat!). The ice cream was silky and I loved the pops of textures from the brownies and peanut brittle. Overall, really great spot and cool flavors I'd never seen anywhere else!
