La recepcionista Danine no tiene paciencia para hablar con los pacientes por teléfono también te pone en espera sin decirte y tiene mala actitud, espero cambie de trabajo pronto ya que se nota que lo odia.

My mother sees Dr Sethi for many years and we want to thank him and his staff for the awesome experiences they provide for us. Dr Sethi is a great person, a kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor that I came across. My mother looks at him as her life savior, always mentions his name and happy to see him at all times.
Dr Sethi makes himself easy to understand, knows how to approach any situation so it doesn't escalate to something to worry about, he talks simple. Thank you Dr Sethi on behalf of my mother Elena and I.

I love how attentive this place has been with my father's care. Anytime I've called to ask for guidance they have been so helpful, the follow through and support all staff provides is exceptional regarding medication and referrals.

Danine or whatever her name is that answers that calls is sooooo rude!! She sounds miserable like she hates her job. She answers and you tell her what you need she nastily puts you on hold without saying anything.

The service is extremely substandard! My scheduled appointment was at 10:45am. I waited 15 mins in lobby and an additional 40 mins in room. This is unacceptable on how insensitive they are treating their patients time.

Well the waiting room is hot, packed and smells like Perhaps they schedules a bit too many folks.

The staff at Pulse Cardiology are extremely nice and Dr. Alesh is an amazing cardiologist. I highly recommend this practice.

Very unprofessional staff , supervisors Diana yelled and screamed , very hard get Apointment. But ihere very nice and knowledgeable doctors.

Great location and very clean office. Staff polite and confident. This Cardiology group is highly regarded in So. Cal. Dr. Mukherjee is a great practitioner and so knowledgeable. My husband and I are very happy with his service for years and trust him to guide our heart health. Dr. Mukherjee and his team welcome our questions and we appreciate learning how to best manage our heart conditions.

This review is solely for the tech named Erica. Very rude to my mother who was nervous as it was for her appointment. Hopefully this girl learns some empathy and how to be a little friendly.
She's literally the only rude one in the office because the dr and front office staff have been so nice and friendly. To have to deal with one bad seed is unfortunate.
