Came here before dinner for happy hour and had a sweet time! The happy hour deals are amazing and this place is busy and buzzing! I highly recommend the garden gimlet.

The bartenders and staff here are also all wonderfully helpful and kind

Nice neighborhood bar. You're greeted by a lengthy list of dos and don'ts for the dress code. Might want to check that first before heading over.

The inside was dimly lit. Rich dark woods, tufted benches and a wall to wall fully stocked bar. It's definitely a vibe. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I could have sat several hours chatting and sipping. The staff was friendly and chatty. Creative cocktails and a great variety of alcohol. Definitely visiting again.

The bar is really nice. They had a live band on Saturday. Saxophonist even walked around outside to play for patrons which was really nice. Watching the bartenders create these drinks! Like amazing. Quaint and beautiful bar.

My husband and I decided to check out Parliament, a cute little speakeasy in downtown Dallas. The atmosphere was reminiscent of classic speakeasies - dark, hidden, and mysterious. The décor was relaxed and chill. Austin, our bartender, was amazing. He even hooked us up with a special mescal cocktail! We love a good speak easy and will definitely come back.

$7 cocktails until late evenings, on Mondays or when it rains?! Absolutely!!!! Craft cocktails that are well made and high quality?! Absolutely! Great service and super cute uptown gem?! Absolutely!

We. Had. A. Blast! Seating is limited so it IS 1st come 1st service. There is outside seating but bc it was a cool rainy night, most patrons were inside. The area is small and they do not service any food or snacks so either eat before you go OR have a few cocktails before dinner. It is located in the heart of uptown situated in a residential area so be cognizant of that as far as parking.

Again, the space is very limited but it's such a good time. Definitely perfect for a girls night out or a nightcap. It's even solo date friendly :). Check it out!

Fun, bustling spot for a drink at anytime of night. Not a ton of seating so be prepared to stand. Great for a quick drink before heading to another bar.

Champagne Punch, Dragonfly, Lululemon, Flower Child

This is such a cute place! Little bar area with tables and very low couches. Super friendly servers. The champagne Punch was my favorite. It was such a cute drink with the berries and the twisty straw. The berries were actually fresh and yummy, the drink itself fruity and good. Dragonfly was good but a little more on the bitter side. Lululemon fruity and strong. Flower Child comes with popping boba, which was kind of fun

Got some amazing lemon drops and espresso martinis last night. The bartenders know how to make a good drinks. The atmosphere gives very chill vibes.

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night after dinner one night. It was a packed house and very dark inside, I'm amazed that a cocktail waitress saw us and got our order down within a couple minutes of walking in (again, very packed house). The menu is a whole book of cocktails(literally) but I love it! I ordered the Lululemon (vodka cocktail) and my friend ordered the El Chapo. The Lululemon was refreshing although I wish I tasted the coconut more! Definitely want to come back on a weekday and try other drinks.

Small place but a very nice ambiance. No food available but drinks are very good and well priced, especially if you catch the happy hour. Service was also good and consistent.
