Park Right

I found this place via my parking app... cheapest place in the TriBeCa/ Greenwich Street area... close to west side and canal street.

Paid $20 - on Saturday for 2-3 hrs.

Good place to park if you can't find street parking in the area.

And you don't have to walk super deep into the ground to get to the check in/check out desk

It's two blocks away from Holland Tunnel entrance which is perfect for me when I need to make a quick exit from Manhattan back to Jersey :)

scammers don't go to this park they charge me a adicional 24 hor day rate just because I was 30 mi late

This garage is pulling a scam by advertising a rate that is cheaper than other nearby garages, then adding an "oversize vehicle fee" of $15 to the bill when you arrive. I drive a Chevy Equinox, which is not considered an "oversize" vehicle at any other garage in Manhattan I have parked in, except for this place. I reserved a spot through Spot Hero, and the reservation form does not specify the size of vehicles that are considered "oversize" or provide a list of such vehicles.

The manager Dennis is so rude. I pay over $500 per month for my parking spot and call beforehand and my car is never ready. There is never enough staff at the garage and they are so unprofessional. There are so many other parking options, I will not pay them again.

The guy said no Credit Card fine. Gave him 100. He said no change. What kind of idiotic place uses cash only / no change during covid. Makes me walk all around the neighborhood looking for change. If he gave me change would have give him tip but no tip senor. Bad attitude papi.

I came back for my car an hour earlier than indicated. The attendant was aggressive, rude and abusive. Told me not to bother coming back. I have seen him there before. He is always surly, but this was next level stuff. Obviously will NOT park here again. Can't believe this is tolerated by the owners / management.
