Loop Inn Motel

All was ok until a roach was crawling up the wall. Have video to show management but they knew of the situation with the roach problem they have. Was moved to a 2nd room but the TV wasn't fully operational. Was moved to a 3rd room but couldn't sleep with the thought a roaches going through our stuff. Expected ALOT more from here.

This motel is good for one night if you want to be intimate with that special someone. It was clean. No microwave or fridge in the room but there was a microwave in the lobby. The jacuzzi was clean but I still brought my own disinfectant wipes. I wouldn't recommend if you don't have a car and want to explore the town. If you do leave the room, there's restaurants and other activities in the area. Everything is about five minutes away by car. There are many restaurants to order from if you want to eat in your room. The only thing I wish they had was a coffee maker in the room or lobby.

Loud crowd at night pretty scary at times alot of traffic and not alot of privacy definitely not the cleanest room don't know if cleaned

Our 4th time here and once again it wasn't disappointing. Room was clean and very pretty, perfect for a night out and relaxing in a big jacuzzi

Giving 1 star because while the room (room 301) was clean and beautiful, the jacuzzi only ran cold water so i wasted my money. The phone in the room didn't work so i had to call directly from my cell to which they sometimes answered which led to me calling twice on each issue just to speak with someone. The guy at the front desk first told me to run the water for 30 mins which i did, then told me to wait 30 minutes with it off which i also did and i still did not get hot or even warm water. I explained that the water in the shower was hot and he couldn't understand. There was no point in getting a room with a jacuzzi i couldn't use. Also, the room smelt like cigarettes right thru which we overlooked because of the jacuzzi and now I'm extremely disappointed. Smfh.

Amazing atmosphere the rooms are very well maintained. The decoration of the rooms along with the activities you can do are great. Definitely recommend.

Took my husband here for a night stay. The room had a lot of space but it smell like smoke. No room service and it was out dated. Nice if you want to do something sexy for your partner.

I stayed here yesterday , got the honeymoon room. Once i wakes into the room, it smelled like smoke and sour apples . The couch stunk, the bed had pieces of hair and other skin remnants. I was disgusted and called the receptionist to see if I could change the room, he said told me they weren't any other available rooms. I'm giving a two star because the receptionist was nice and accommodating. Besides that, I'm not really shocked, it is a motel after all, this one is just hyped up for no reason.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received. I spoke to Anna the operator that was doing the reservations.
First she was extremely rude, she couldn't be bothered to answer couple of my questions on the rooms, availability,policies I'm sorry that you're so miserable that you hate your job. You don't have to take out on the people.

I was looking to spend at least maybe six to seven day at this place. It looked so relaxing but with the treatment I received from the representative I can only imagine the treatment I will get the facility.

Trust me on this, it was the best 1,800 I didn't spend because of her!!!!
I would've given it a complete zero if it let me. If you want to be disrespected call this number I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Don't listen to these high-maintenance, prissy reviews all over the net. If you're with someone whom you plan to get intimate with for the night, this is the place. It's surprisingly clean, private, safe, and very sexy. I've been here over 25 times and each time is better than the last.
