Hike Maui

Absolutely amazing hike through a beautiful waterfall area of Maui. On the road to Hana somewhere - I'm not exactly sure where this hike was - but it's worth every penny.

George, our outstanding guide, was SO knowledgeable about the landscape, Maui history, and generally just kept us safe and informed the whole way through. I'll never forget this hike. Maui is one of my favorite places on earth, and I'll be back.

Being in a small group of people was also pretty fantastic, I must say. I enjoyed meeting everyone I hiked with, and the small size of the group made it pretty special.

Private waterfall experience unique to Maui. We've done two experiences with Hike Maui and both were incredible.
The guides are super informative and take you to three different waterfall areas to jump and play. Each hike is tailored to the participants level. We were able to jump from all three spots and two of those were quite high jumps - 15 or so feet up! This remains a core memory for my kids and something we came back to do with more family members after having such an amazing first time.
Our guide Brian was super friendly and knowledgeable about Hawaii's climate, plants and animals and culture too.The ride in the van was comfortable and chill. One star off as the lunch provided was pretty basic. All in all a wonderful experience that we will treasure for years to come!!

The hike was incredible, the waterfalls were stunning and the jumps...wow. The incredible group I was with also made this truly live up to its name - an adventure.

I don't write many Yelp reviews, but Hike Maui definitely deserves 5 stars for an awesome experience. We did the "Waterfall and Rainforest Hiking Adventure," and it was worth every penny! Our tour guide, Joel, was amazing. When he picked us up he started with the history of Hawaii and its culture, explained the various sites and their meaning as we passed them on the road, and then when we got on site, explained flowers and plant life as well as had us taste some of them. It was crazy! He takes you off the main hike trail right away and we went to waterfalls that you would not be able to go if you went on your own. The hiking off the beaten path, the cliff jumping into "private" (no one around) waterfalls, the knowledge gained, the free plant based natural shampoo, dang, best experience we had in a long time. Thank you Joel and Hike Maui for the great experience!

We were a crew of 8, 4 adults and 4 teens. Our guide was Joel who had a wealth of information and was so engaging that or teens didn't pick up a phone the entire trip. We loved the hike, beautiful vegetation and jumping into the falls. Joel showed us and foraged toms of edible flowers and fruits and gave us a bigger appreciation of the beauty Maui holds.

Amazing hike, lovely staff! Beautiful waterfalls. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nature experience.

My husband and I booked four excursions during our trip and this adventure was absolutely the best. Our guide, Joel, had so much knowledge of the island, culture, and kept everyone engaged during the entire tour. I will be a repeat customer and would recommend Hike Maui to everyone, especially our guide Joel. He made it even better!

George led us through a beautiful tropical rainforest and to the largest waterfall in Maui where we got to swim and take in the natural beauty. Each of us was given a backpack to store our belongings in while on the hike, along with snacks and a bottle of water. To top it all off, I left my camelback in the tour bus and the CEO personally delivered the backpack to me. Well knowledgeable and hospitable staff. Can't wait to return

She was on time, cordial, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a beautiful journey from Wailea to the National Park. It was extremely windy at the crater so we only hiked a short bit up there and came back down for an awesome hike to the other side of the crater rim. Had lunch with the most spectacular views. Then did a short hike and bird watched.
Overall an awesome experience, very well taken care of by Des'
