Hadeed Carpet was great - fast, reasonably priced, and good service. I scheduled over the phone, they came to pick up the rug on a Wednesday and had it back to me by the following Monday. The rug looked so much better, and the price was the same as they quoted over the phone for the size and material.

Extremely disappointed in Hadeed Carpet. Consistently "one price and then change the price when the rug gets to them. Will never use this company again or recommend them. o

Terrible company. On returning my rug they broke a platter and then said their contract started they are not responsible for damages in the house. My bad for not reading that but, seriously ?!

Thank you for your business.Nov 13, 2012Previous reviewI was referred by a friend. I had multiple problems with getting rugs cleaned. First I asked for a quote and one was not given. I asked to be notified 30 mins prior to pick up and did not receive a call. They collected the rugs when I was not home. Still no quote but I saw that they charged $300 - 350 for the size rug I gave them. After a few days I called to ask when I could have the rugs returned, I then emailed and called again over the next 4 days - no response. I called again and was told the rugs would be returned in 2 days, I said I wanted them returned the next day. A 2 hr time frame was allocated to me however their truck broke down and they arrived an hour late. They also charged me $162 more than I expected to pay. In looking at other peoples comments this seems to be their MO so if you do use this company please get a written quote

I was very disappointed in the work that was done in cleaning 5 carpets. - They did only a so so job cleaning them. There were grease food stains on one of my carpets, which I asked if they could get it out and they assured me they could. The carpet is reversible and it seems they cleaned only the clean side and completely ignored the dirty side and the spot still remains. I reached out to them two different times by email with a picture of the carpet but no one seemed to have the time to get back to me. I should have paid more attention to the not so good reviews....Live and Learn...

This company is not honest. They are always trying to up sell and get you to add a lot of extra services. It's expensive and spot removal should be part of the cost. Rug came back very clean but there are spots where it looks bleached and the pile comes out. When I called they offered a $100 credit for future service, but never sent anything. So basically they damaged my rug and did not make amends. Cannot recommend.

I had an antique rug cleaned with Hadeed and the job was beautiful. Customer service was personable, responsive, and follow up was timely. I even found another rug in their older collection that is slightly worn but really elegant and fits perfectly in our home. Thank you for a very peasant experience!

Carpet cleaning tech put down way too much water with carpet cleaning wand. A regular 8 hour dry time took close to 3 days! Stains that went away after 1st visit came back darker & bigger than original stain! I had to keep flipping back the tripped breakers to allow Tech to complete the job due to the voltage surges from their machine. When I informed them of our dissatisfaction, I was promised a return visit between 9-10a two days later. No-show & no call when promised. When I called "them" after mid day, they said the Tech didn't report to work & "they were scrambling" to find somebody to come out. No thanks for no "keeping me in the loop"!They arrived close to 4:30p without a vacuum or wand to get up any remaining water & promised low blowers to air out carpet. They brought a buffer machine that required trying a few different "disks" to perform carpet vs. floor cleaning (shampoo vs. high pressure water). The drying time using that method was less than 4 hours. I should never have had to make 6 calls to get this done, get info. & time frames and get a less than "customer first" attitude during some calls. My advice is to look elsewhere for a company that just cleans in-home wall to wall carpet.

Fun update: Bob responded to my Google review and is now trying to say there was pre-existing damage and "our technicians made it clear to you that the furniture had preexisting damage." This is patently untrue--there was no pre-existing damage, which explains why the movers didn't address anything of the sort when they were in our home. Perhaps they're remembering someone else's furniture they destroyed?
Do NOT trust them in your home. They damaged my bed, agreed to repair it, and then went back on it once they realized I would take Hadeed Bucks in exchange for the hundreds of dollars of damage they caused (and acknowledged and agreed to correct).Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jul 24, 2019Previous reviewDo NOT trust them in your home. They did an absolutely lousy job in cleaning on our 8x12 Chinese carpet. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone! A big waste of time and MONEY!!

Sigh...I haven't reviewed on yelp in a while but the poor customer service and poor workmanship that I received on my most recent experience with Hadeeds reminded me that I should write some updates. I've used Hadeeds for several years (even giving them a five star yelp review in 2014) and have spent over $1500 (this is a low estimate) since 2014 to get yearly cleanings for all of my rugs. One might expect that a loyal customer would get good service if things go awry. One would be wrong.
There is a picture of a beautiful rug in the initial review that I wrote for Hadeeds. It's a gorgeous hand-knotted silk rug (Qum) that my husband gave me as a wedding gift. I treasure it. It's kept in a living space that gets minimal foot traffic, no exposure to animals, minimal sunlight and no exposure to water. I took it in for a yearly cleaning in late summer/early fall to coincide with a move to a new house. It seemed like a good time to get the rug out of the way so it wouldn't get damaged and it was time for the yearly refresher.
When I unrolled the rug in my new home, the beautiful red, green and cream rug was pink. PINK! The colors had bled. I immediately began trying to contact Hadeeds. When someone finally got in touch with me (contact with customer service is an issue unless you are trying to schedule work), I was told that I should bring my rug in to talk to a manager at the Springfield factory. Fine. I drove to the Springfield factory and when I got there, "no manager (was) available" but if I left the rug at the factory, a manager would look at it and return my call that afternoon. It took two weeks of enraged emails and phone calls that were never returned until someone (Jeremy) returned my call and assured me that they were taking care of the rug--the slogan for Hadeeds is "If you stand on it, we stand by it"--and I really believed that they would stand by their work and do the right thing. I decided that the poor customer service that I had experienced after discovering the dye issue was just a glitch. I was wrong.
Fast forward two and a half months. During that time I made multiple phone calls that were sent to voice mail and were never returned. I wrote multiple e-mails that were never answered. All I wanted was a quick status update as the restoration was taking much longer than the initial "two or three" weeks that I was initially told to expect. When I was lucky enough to actually speak with Jeremy (I can't tell you how many times my phone call was transferred, put on hold and "accidently" disconnected--they really should do something about their phone service--eye roll), I was always reassured that Jeremy was just getting ready to call me or that I was on his list to contact that day with an update. Really? I was told that work on restoring my rug was progressing and to be patient. Fine--I can be patient.
My rug is still pink. I burst into tears when I saw it. Of course, in keeping with the level of customer service that I had come to expect from Hadeeds since this fiasco began, Jeremy wasn't around to explain why it doesn't look like they did anything to correct the issue after two and a half months. Hadeeds doesn't seem to care that they destroyed my rug (a treasured wedding gift). Hadeeds doesn't seem to care that I wasted my time trying to contact them and Hadeeds doesn't seem to care that their customer service manager doesn't seem to know anything about customer service. I'm out $205 that I paid for the initial cleaning that turned the cream sections of my rug pink. Dealing with Hadeeds is such nightmare that I will just call that a loss. They did not charge me for the "restoration" that did not occur so there's that. Save yourself time, money, aggravation and go elsewhere. Hadeeds will never get my business ever again. Now I'm looking for a place that specializes in Persian rug restoration--time to check out Yelp reviews...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 7, 2014Previous reviewThey saved my beautiful wedding present!! After the tassels on my silk rug got into a fight with my Roomba and my dog used it as an expensive bed, it was in bad shape. Hadeed was able to freshen it up and repair the damage and now it's back to new! They even dropped it off at my house (which is no small feat as I live in southern Maryland in a neighborhood that had yet to make it on any GPS map!). It's expensive but they do beautiful work.
