Q:
What are the restaurants that are inside this park? What would you recommend for a birthday celebration?
A:
We went to Tiffins because it was rated as one of the best restaurants in all of WDW. The food was good but awfully pricey. Reservations are a must.

I'm going this Sunday. Is it just as crowded (this time of year) on Sunday as another day?
A:
There really isn't a slow time at Disney, just normal busy versus crazy busy.

My favorite Disney park!
My tips:
Expedition Everest is my favorite ride! The best rollercoaster.
Do the safari ride early so you can see the animals when it's not so hot.
The Nomad restaurant is probably the best in the park. Good prices, good food, and a nice place to relax from all the walking!
Go to the Lion King show. Amazing!
Bring a water bottle, there are refill stations at the park.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chellee R.Spring, TX7310016Jun 13, 2024
This review is for Animal Kingdom's guest relations team.
We are annual pass holders since Nov 2, 2023 came to enjoy the park. I was told our passes were flagged for fraudulent activity.
The guest relations manager "Britney" and her "Team" as she refers to treated us as if we were criminals. Interrogated us and asked for proof of residency in which we did provide and was told after close to 2 hours of them doing their "Investigation" that our official bank statement and electric bill was NOT SUFFICIENT and that we needed to update our drivers license (we just moved here from Tx a few months ago). Britney said we only had 2 options. Either pay for out of
State annual passes or update our drivers license.
I asked her if there was any one I can escalate this situation to and she was ZERO help. She states there's nobody above her and there is no phone # to contact and those were the only options I had. PURE LIES. CROOKED is an understatement!
LONG STORY SHORT, called customer service and was told to email guest services and I also went to guest relations at Hollywood Studios where I experienced the complete opposite customer service. Hollywood studios guest relations by far is the BEST place to go to have quality customer service. They investigated the entire situation, apologized for the wait, I showed them numerous valid forms of proof of residency and they cleared everything up!
I will blog, post and write as many reviews until WDW deals with Animal Kingdoms guest relations.
This was so bad another customer came up to me and agreed they were being dirty'!
I am paying for 6 annual passes and this is the Disney experience I get.
Worse customer service by far!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 6, 2024Updated review4 check-ins
Disney's Animal Kingdom, mate, it's like stepping into the wild without leaving the comfort of civilization. Crikey, the landscaping is so spot-on, you'll swear you're deep in the jungle. And let me tell ya, the attention to detail is as sharp as a jaguar's claw. From the rustling leaves to the chirping birds, every inch of this place screams nature.
Now, when it comes to realism, Disney's Animal Kingdom takes the cake. You'll see creatures from all corners of the globe, and they ain't just for show, they're living, breathing beings. It's like a safari without the risk of becoming a lion's lunch. So grab your gear, mate, and get ready for an adventure like no other.
Some tips
Arrive Early: The early bird catches the worm, or in this case, gets to see the animals when they're most active. Head to the park as soon as it opens to beat the crowds and maximize your wildlife sightings.
FastPass+ Strategy: Use the FastPass+ system to skip the lines for popular attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest. Book your FastPasses in advance for the best selection.
Explore Pandora at Night: The bioluminescent beauty of Pandora comes alive after dark. Make sure to stick around and experience the mesmerizing glow of this alien world.
Catch the Shows: Don't miss the spectacular shows like Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - The Musical. They're a great way to take a break from walking and be entertained by some top-notch performances.
Stay Hydrated: It gets hot out there, especially in the Florida sun. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.
Wilderness Explorers: If you've got little adventurers with you, sign them up for the Wilderness Explorers program. It's a fun and educational way for kids to learn about the animals and conservation efforts in the park.
Dine with a View: Grab a bite to eat at one of the park's restaurants with outdoor seating, like Flame Tree Barbecue or Satu'li Canteen. You'll get to enjoy your meal with a scenic view of the park's lush landscapes.
Take Your Time: Don't rush through the park trying to see everything at once. Take your time to soak in the sights, sounds, and smells of the wilderness. After all, it's not just about the attractions, it's about the experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Mar 7, 2023Previous reviewEven tho the merchandise and apparel wasn't the best this year the wait times this time of year were amazing didn't even need lightning lanes. The ambiance on each part of the park was amazing! The scents and the music were fantastic. The food was amazing! It's definitely a less popular of the other three parks but it's still worth every penny! I highly recommend coming for a visit!
Jun 30, 2021Previous reviewLove everything about it! Sadly Everest closed but they provided recover passes which was so nice! I love the theme, the rides, foods and happy employees. It's super happy place to be! I highly recommend it! Make sure to save up money tho haha

Unpopular (or popular?) opinion - Animal Kingdom is the best Disney Park. It's just so gorgeous and so well done. I seriously felt like I was transported into a magical safari land.
Speaking of safari - the safari ride is a must do. It's around 45 minutes and you get to see so many animals. Pro-tip is to do it early when the animals are awake, and to use Genie+. We also loved the character dining here. The food at Tusker House was incredible. We did not expect such quality food at an amusement park. And then speaking of food, we were blown away by the selection of food and drinks. You cannot walk more than a few feet without finding a place to grab an adult beverage, and they had so many amazing fast casual lunch options like BBQ, tacos, etc.
There aren't a ton of rides for littles, but between the shows and attractions there is plenty to do. We loved the Nemo show, the gorillas, the carnival / arcade area and dinoland. In all honesty, we might've even enjoyed this experience more than Magic Kingdom!Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 15Oh no 0 - Jul 5, 20241 check-in
As an annual Passholder Animal Kingdom is one of my favorite parks. It's a lot of walking, but there are plenty of indoor quick service restaurants to grab a bite and sit and cool down for a while! My kids particularly love Resturanosaurus in Dino Land USA and PizzaFari!

It was my first visit to Disney World in December and I was excited to see Animal Kingdom. It was our 3rd park of the trip and my feet already had blisters at this point haha!
I love how it legit feels like you're in Africa inside the park. I love all the exotic trees, plants and animals that you get to see. My favorite ride in all of Disney World is Avatar Flight of Passage! It was so awesome and definitely unique! Make sure you don't miss that!
The safari ride was the highlight of the day. It's unlike anything I've ever been on. It was so cool to see animals that close up.
Food Highlights Include:
Stuffed Pancake Sandwich w/ sausage, guava jelly, eggs and cheese at Pongu Pongu
Tropical Shaved Ice at Caravan Road
Mickey Ice Cream
Mac & Cheese w/pulled pork
Also, don't miss the Festival of the Lion King show, it's pretty much like a Cirque du Soleil performance.Helpful 28Thanks 5Love this 33Oh no 0 - Jul 10, 2024

This park was fun but like everyone says it definitely is a half day park. You can finish most of the attractions quickly. The food was great at this park is recommend Kusafiri coffee shop and bakery. There wasn't a whole lot to do at this park thus the three star rating.

My first time here and it was incredible! Seeing Russell and Kevin from Up was #1 on my list and we saw them both within the first 10 minutes.
Pandora was absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the park closes too early to see the bioluminescent pathways light up.
There was an abundance of food choices and specialty drinks for any palette so don't worry about not being able to find something to eat.
Make sure you go on the safari ride and the bug ride, those were my favorites!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 6833193912Feb 2, 2024
3 Stars not because it sucked but because you can knocked this park out quickly early in the morning and be done by lunch time
.... IF you use your time wisely
The genie would be a good purchase here and then throughout the other parks, there's just a few rides here but those few can take precious time up! If you're here for the shows and animals, well that's another review!
Park at Magic Kingdom take the Monorail over to Animal Kingdom (it's faster than the bus) then you can work your way back to the car.
The Tree of Life was my favorite, it's the tree in the center of the park. Theres a theater down in the roots of the tree. The show is based on "A Bugs Life" but the walkway down to the theater is amazing!! The queue line for this entrance is beautiful!
I wasn't impressed with the margaritas or the food. I would definitely save my appetite for somewhere else and maybe just grab a snack or bring a snack in case you get hungry or snackish! ;)
Thank you for reading and enjoy your trip!!!Helpful 11Thanks 1Love this 10Oh no 0
